Friday evening our head end took a direct hit from a lightning strike causing a major outage to all WTC Video customers. We had a crew working into the night to get all channels restored. By early Saturday morning all channels were back up running. If any customers are still having issues, please contact us at 877-982-1912. Thank you for your patience through this outage!
